Well I feel better 😂 Joking aside, while there’s no scientific research proving the efficacy of scream (aka primal, rage or pain) therapy… expressing our emotions is vital to our overall health and well-being. And unfortunately, due to the lack of emotional awareness and acceptance in our society, we have begun to demonize and fear them. Anger specifically. However, my personal and professional experience speaks a different story, leading me and my clients down a path of self-discovery and soul retrieval. Traumas reveal themselves, emotions surface and release, and new aspects of ourselves emerge, ready to be One again.
