Shamanic Healing sessions are a sacred space where we spend time discussing what is coming up for you, addressing any imbalances, blockages or dis-ease, and then begin to restore harmony to the mind, body, and spirit through the use of Shamanic ritual and ceremony. This can include journeying, soul retrieval and extraction, energetic clearing/cord-cutting, etc. Afterwards, we will spend some time reviewing and integrating the experience, discussing any insights or revelations that arose during the session, and potentially develop a plan for incorporating any new insights into your daily life.
