Hello, radiant heart.
Over the past week, there’s been a rather intriguing unfolding of events in my life — a series of dreams involving serpents, powerful medicine spirits of transformation and rebirth, alongside a deep reclamation of power and new levels of spiritual sight. Coincidence? I think not. So, in sticking with Spirit's style of interconnectedness, it seems rather timely to share the wisdom of the serpent with you, as it’s closely intertwined with the work we do in Ka.
The serpent has long been revered in many spiritual traditions as a symbol of healing, awakening, and transformation. It is intimately connected with Kundalini energy, coiled at the base of your spine in the root chakra — your foundational energy center for empowerment, survival, and connection to the earth. As the serpent rises, so too does your life force, and with it comes the power to shed the old and step into something new.
In the Q’ero medicine wheel, the serpent represents the South — the direction of passion, creation, and vitality. The serpent embodies the divine feminine, the primal energy of creation that moves through us and connects us to everything around us. Its sexuality isn’t about sex in the conventional sense, but about the creative energy that flows when we’re aligned with our deepest truth — when we’re in sync with our body, mind, and spirit.
The serpent’s most powerful teaching is its ability to shed its skin as it grows. This natural act of release and renewal reminds us that shedding what no longer serves us isn’t something we actively control; it’s simply a byproduct of growth. The serpent doesn’t linger over the skin it leaves behind; it simply grows and steps forward into the next version of itself, and its skin sheds as a result. This is a beautiful reminder that sometimes, we must trust the process of release as a natural byproduct of our growth. And that’s exactly what we’ll experience together in Ka on Thursday, February 20th — a chance to shed what’s no longer serving you, come into greater inner union and step into a new version of yourself, vibrant and alive.

What is Ka?
Ka is a sacred ceremony designed to bring you into harmony with the masculine and feminine energies within you. We begin by invoking the masculine — grounded, stable, and strong. Through guided meditation, you’ll create a safe container where you can feel supported and held, allowing yourself to release control and soften into the experience.
Then, we call in the feminine — fluid, expressive, and intuitive. Through breath, sound, and movement, you’ll reconnect with your body’s wisdom, expressing your deepest emotions and creative flow. In this union of energies — the dance between strength and vulnerability — true transformation occurs. Just like the serpent, you’ll shed what no longer serves you, allowing a new version of yourself to emerge, radiant, embodied, and whole.
Why Join Us?
Participants from past sessions have shared their profound experiences of healing and transformation through this work:
"It just boggles my mind that there's this whole ocean of feminine power inside of me and I never tapped into it… I appreciate you and the work you're doing. It feels like some of the most important work I’ve done to date. Thank you!"
"I appreciate you so much. This was such a beautiful container... You're helping me strip away all these layers that have been keeping me from myself. It's all in perfect divine timing."
"This is going to be a lot to unpack in a beautiful way. I just feel like I'm never going to be the same person after this, and that’s really beautiful."
These words offer just a glimpse of what’s possible when you show up for yourself and allow this work to unfold. Ka is designed to help us let go of the old versions of ourselves — the fears, the doubts, the patterns that no longer serve us. It's about creating a sacred space for you to shed, transform, and emerge empowered, whole, and in alignment with your truth.
