Let me explain… and then you can exile me to the woods.
(Which, by the way, I just want to go on record for all women and say — is NOT the punishment you think it is, brah!) 🤣
Now, back to it.
The way we approach healing — all the systems, frameworks, and step-by-step methods — keeps us far from actual healing.
A few months ago, I was feeling rather stuck, and in a moment of separation, I decided to explore a new modality. I was open. Curious. Willing. The therapist was kind and competent. But something felt… off.
What I encountered wasn’t presence.
It was performance.
Not because the practitioner wasn’t well-intentioned — but because the modality itself was running the show.
The structure asked me to step into the architecture of the mind, but my body was already presenting the truth. There was healing happening — ready to be met and engaged with — but it held no value within that system.
And that’s when it landed.
Clean. Fierce. Unmistakable.
This is the hoax.
We keep trying to mold a system around something that cannot be systematized.
Trying to apply method to mystery.
Trying to use logic to contain love.
Trying to wrap a living, breathing, sacred unraveling into a tidy little bow.
But healing doesn’t work like that.
It doesn’t follow a script.
It doesn’t need a method.
It doesn't happen because you found the perfect modality.
Because healing isn’t something you do.
It’s something you remember.
And the moment we try to systematize the soul… we lose it.Â
We reduce it to something manageable — and in doing so, deepen the very wound of separation that healing is meant to dissolve. Back to square one.
But as we’ve explored before, the truth is:
✨ You are not broken.
✨ You are not behind.
✨ You do not need a framework to become whole.
You already are whole.
You are healing right now — simply by being alive inside a Universe that is regenerating itself with every breath.
Your cells are recalibrating.
Your nervous system is reorganizing.
Your soul is remembering.
Not because you figured it out.
But because LIFE is always moving toward coherence — when we stop interfering. (Into-fear-ing.)
Most of the healing industry is not meeting this truth.
It’s still trying to map the mystery.
It’s still trying to make the ache behave.
And even the most progressive therapies often replicate the same control — cloaked in sacred language, dressed in spiritual terms. But beneath it all, we’re still being asked to perform healing, rather than embody it.
✨ True healing arises. Period.
✨ The body doesn’t need your strategy — it needs your surrender.
✨ Healing doesn’t happen because you said the “right” thing or thought the “right” thought — it happens because you stopped resisting what’s already alive.
So the next time you find yourself in a process — even a “healing” one — pause and ask:
Is this presence, or performance?
Is this control, or connection?
Is this system asking me to do something… or is it flowing with me and encouraging me to meet everything that’s unfolding within my experience?
And most importantly:
Can I stop trying to get somewhere… and let myself be here?
Because real healing isn’t tidy.
It’s sacred chaos.
And the more we sense into the wild intelligence of our LIFE, the less we feel the need to map it at all.
We are not projects.
We are not problems.
We are not here to be fixed.
We are here to feel.
To remember.
To be.
No framework required.
