Synchronicity worked its magic on this one! Arrived to photograph chef Sokun and Guillaume Slama and their restaurant (The Chef and the Frog) for a Cape Fear Living Magazine feature, only to learn five minutes into our conversation that Guillaume is from Strasbourg! (I studied abroad in Strasbourg my junior year of college.) Needless to say, a very in-depth discussion about Alsacien cuisine ensued and I believe I was promised a tarte flambé upon my next visit :) Oui, oui s'il vous plait!
