Ka... i've been holding this little babe FOR-EVER! like ever ever. like since i was living in New York ever. i thought that Spirit would give me the "go" so many times as i navigated through so many yoga studios in town, thinking it would land in one of those spaces. and then, when I joined Healing Leaves... i thought with the release of Wild Woman Wellness... for sure!! but still, i heard "not yet". another move and six months later... "it's time". we are ready. are you?

Ka: A Tantric Movement is a transformative container designed to guide participants into a deeper connection with their bodies by harmonizing the sacred energies of the masculine and feminine within. The class serves as a journey of embodiment, creating a safe, supportive container where participants can fully explore and express their inner landscapes utilizing breath, sound and movement.
The experience begins by calling in the presence of the masculine energy, symbolizing strength, stability, and grounding. Through guided meditation and breathwork, participants create an energetic container, invoking a sense of protection and security. This container serves as the foundation, a space where the body feels held and supported, allowing the mind to release control and trust the process.
Once this container is established, the feminine energy is invited to rise. The class transitions into fluid, intuitive movements, where participants are encouraged to explore their inner sensations, emotions, and creative flow. This phase embodies softness, surrender, and expression, allowing the feminine to move freely within the structure of the masculine. The dance between these two energies creates a sense of balance — strength paired with vulnerability, structure alongside freedom.
With the earth at your feet and intentional sensory cues, Ka encourages participants to find deeper harmony within themselves, awakening a sense of embodied presence. By connecting to both the masculine and feminine energies, participants leave feeling empowered, open, and deeply attuned to their bodies, ready to carry this sense of safety and self-awareness into their everyday lives.
